Ward Two is the heart of Fayetteville, Arkansas, with Dickson Street and most of downtown inside its border

Mark Kinion is running for the position being vacated on the Fayetteville City Council by Nancy Allen. Don Marr formerly held that Ward Two Seat. Both popular former members of the council have endorsed Kinion for the seat. Kinion has served as president of the Council of Neighborhoods and is on the Fayetteville Housing Authority Board. He is a strong neighborhood advocate and experienced in doing his homework before making decisions.
You can count on Mark to do the right thing!
